Purpose

IW-EVM establishes a controlled path from a bounded claim to an auditable conclusion. It keeps claims, evidence, interpretation and operational recommendations distinct so that each passage can be reviewed independently.

The Zenodo record contains the publication PDF, an editable DOCX version, citation and licensing information, a machine-readable JSON Schema, a synthetic demonstration dataset, repository metadata and SHA-256 integrity checksums.

Relationship to Cognitive Logic research

IW-EVM is the operational evidence-verification methodology used by International Watch. It complements Cognitive Logic research on Evidence Governance, decision traceability, QEN Framework and QEN Sovereign, but it does not replace or redefine those separate works.
